The origins
The origins date back to the Seventies, when Augusta Enoch Cavalieri Ducati began her journey in the Milanese real estate brokerage sector, which was then heavily male-dominated.
Through determination, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial vision, she quickly established herself as an authoritative figure in Milanese real estate, specialising in the sale of prestigious properties.
The founding of Ducati Case
In 1989, she and her son, Sebastiano Cavalieri Ducati, the eldest grandson of Bruno Cavalieri Ducati, founder of Ducati Borgo Panigale, founded Ducati Case S.r.l.
This marked the beginning of an independent real estate firm built on experience, generational continuity and a structured approach to real estate advisory.

Continuity and new generations
In December 2025, Sebastiano Cavalieri Ducati, Board Member of ASPESI, was appointed Vice President of FIABCI Italy, the Italian chapter of the International Real Estate Federation.
Antonio Cavalieri Ducati serves as President of FIABCI Young Members Italy, contributing to the development of the next generation of real estate professionals and fostering international dialogue within the industry. These appointments further strengthen Ducati Case's position within a distinguished national and international real estate network.
An international role
Today Ducati Case is led by Sebastiano Cavalieri Ducati, a real estate agent since 1986, supported by Antonio Cavalieri Ducati, the third generation, who contributes to the company's development and evolution with a contemporary, future-oriented perspective.
